316L stainless steel tube

I highly 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 stainless steel tube, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 for ultra low carbon steel 0Cr17Ni12Mo2, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 than 0Cr17Ni14Mo2 intergranular corrosion resistance good. It is generally used in the manufacture of industrial equipment, such as chemical, chemical fertilizer and chemical fiber, such as containers, pipes and structural parts.

00Cr17Ni14Mo2 corresponds to the 316L of the United States.

The maximum carbon content of 1 316L stainless steel tube is 0.03, which can not be used for annealing and the use of maximum corrosion resistance after welding.

316L stainless steel pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, especially pitting corrosion resistance due to Mo addition, high temperature strength, excellent work hardening property (weak magnetism after processing), solid solution state without magnetism. 316L stainless steel brand: 00Cr17Ni14Mo2

2316 and 317 stainless steel tube (see below the performance of 317 stainless steel) is a stainless steel containing molybdenum.

The molybdenum content of 3317 stainless steel pipe is slightly higher than that of the 316 stainless steel tube. Because of molybdenum in steel, the total performance of the steel is better than that of 310 and 304 stainless steel. Under high temperature, when the concentration of sulfuric acid is below 15% and higher than 85%, 316 stainless steel has a wide range of uses.

The 4316 stainless steel tube also has good resistance to chloride corrosion, so it is usually used in the marine environment.

5 corrosion resistance

6 corrosion resistance is superior to 304 stainless steel tube, and it has good corrosion resistance in the process of pulp and paper making.

7 and 316 stainless steel is also resistant to the erosion of the marine and erosive industrial atmosphere. In the intermittent use of heat resistance below 1600 degrees and continuous use below 1700 degrees, the 316 stainless steel tube has good oxidation resistance.

8, in the range of 800-1575 degrees, it is best not to act on 316 stainless steel continuously, but the stainless steel has good heat resistance when it is used continuously for 316 stainless steel outside this temperature range.

The carbides of 9 316L stainless steel are better than the 316 stainless steel, which can be used in the temperature range above.

heat treatment

10 anneal at the temperature range of 1850-2050 degrees, then quickly anneal, and then cool quickly.

11316 stainless steel can not be hardened by overheating treatment.

12 welding

13 all standard welding methods can be used for welding. In welding, 316Cb, 316L or 309Cb stainless steel packing rod or welding rod can be used in welding. In order to obtain the best corrosion resistance, the welding section of 316 stainless steel needs to be annealed after welding. If 316L stainless steel is used, there is no need for post weld annealing treatment.

Weight calculation formula of 316L stainless steel management theory: (outer diameter wall thickness) x wall thickness x 0.02513=KG/M

The basic formula is: (outer diameter - wall thickness) * wall thickness *0.02491= kg / M
